Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• The Assistant Medical Superintendent will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote dental healthcare services, ensuring consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
• Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, digital content), planning community engagement initiatives, and building relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
• To manage & develop the Digital Dental labs and promote marketing for better patient engagement.
• The role involves monitoring campaign performance, coordinating with external government bodies, organizing events and workshops, and staying updated on industry trends to drive effective marketing strategies and enhance the hospital’s visibility and patient engagement.
• The candidate will liaise with R&M, Bio-Medical department for existing equipment/facilities and also for new projects.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare preferably BDS with Masters in healthcare management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
